Waiting for CROSS Award 2020

CROSS Award is an international award that addresses first works in the arts performative (dance, theater, music). The project was born in 2014 from an idea by Tommaso Sacchi, to which the jury presidency is entrusted. The prize aims to stimulate the investigation and artistic expression relating to the union of different styles and genres, evaluating as rewarding factors multi-language practices and the mixture of techniques and codes relating to different performing arts. The goal of the competition is to identify new productions that put into dialogue body languages and scenic action with musical composition.

One prize, two juries, four residencies. A jury of experts (critics, artists, curators and designers)
and a territorial jury; will select the 4 projects according to strictly artistic and technical criteria.
